Questions
Does CareerLauf apply for me?
No. CareerLauf finds and scores jobs and prepares your documents. You decide which jobs to apply for and you send every application yourself.
Where do the jobs come from?
From public job sources such as the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit), job boards and the career pages of companies. Your CV is never sent to these sources.
What is AI credit?
Searching, scoring jobs, improving your CV and writing documents use AI. Each plan includes an amount of credit for this that renews every Sunday at 22:00 GMT. If you use it all, AI actions pause until the next week starts or until you upgrade. Everything you already have stays available.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew.
What happens to my CV and data?
Your data is stored in Germany and is only visible to you. The text needed for scoring and writing is processed by OpenAI on our behalf and is not used to train AI models. You can download or delete everything in your account at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Who can use CareerLauf?
Anyone aged 18 or older looking for a job in Germany. The app works in English, and your documents can be in English or German.
